The Chef's Story

Authentic flavors from different regions of India.

With so much westernization of Indian food in this part of the world, I don't want my kids to forget what the real deal is, so I started exposing the family to authentic Indian flavors from different regions of India.

Being a chef and with close to two decades of experience in the hospitality industry across India, USA and Canada, I thought I should share my experience and expertise with my community in Calgary.

Our Cityscape location is open:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM

Our Coventry location is open:
- Monday to Sunday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
